Stipulation PathĀ

The Stipulation Path is for individuals who areĀ looking to stay out of court and work toward resolution.

This is ideal for those who already agree and would like an "uncontested" divorce. This path is also great for those who may agree on some issues, but don't yet have a full agreement. This path gives you a clear, structured way to move forward, helping you to understand the issues better while turning partial agreements into a complete, legally sound outcome. It is the first step in an uncontested divorce process.

Complete the guided questionnaire to the best of your ability. Upon your completion of the questionnaire, you'll be guided to schedule a one-hour consultation with Jennifer L. Neeley (included).

During the consultation, you'll get legal advice and an important tool that can eventually serve as the basis of your legal decree of divorce: a proposed stipulation or legal agreement. It serves as a solid starting point that can also help you stay out of court.

Instead of feeling stuck or overwhelmed, you’ll have a steady process to follow. It will help keep things moving, reduce conflict, and lead to a clear, enforceable resolution without stepping into a courtroom.
